1. About GETH
GETH provides employee recognition solutions through a combination of physical recognition cards, QR technology, digital dashboards, analytics, and related software services designed to improve workplace culture and employee engagement.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use our services. If you use GETH on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Accounts
Some services require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, notify us immediately of unauthorized use, and remain responsible for activities under your account.
4. Subscription Services
Certain GETH services are provided through paid subscriptions. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, subscriptions renew automatically, customers may cancel before the next billing period, and fees already paid are non-refundable.
5. Physical Products
Orders for GETH Cards, merchandise or related products become binding once payment has been received. Delivery times are estimates only. Minor variations in color, print or packaging do not constitute product defects.
6. Intellectual Property
All GETH logos, software, dashboards, graphics, methodologies, recognition frameworks, QR technology and content remain the exclusive intellectual property of GETH unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer or commercially exploit any part without written permission.
7. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to misuse the platform, upload unlawful or offensive content, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform security, impersonate others, or use GETH for illegal purposes.
8. User Content
Users retain ownership of recognition messages they submit. By submitting content, users grant GETH a limited license to process, display and store that content solely to provide the services.
9. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy legislation, including the GDPR.
10. Availability
While we strive for continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. GETH may perform maintenance, improve functionality, modify features or temporarily suspend services.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GETH shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, reputational damage or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer during the preceding twelve (12) months.
12. No Employment or HR Decisions
GETH provides recognition tools and workplace insights only and should not be used as the sole basis for hiring, promotion, dismissal, disciplinary action or performance management.
13. AI and Analytics
Certain features may use AI or automated analytics. These insights support decision-making only and are not professional advice.
14. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat confidential information exchanged through GETH as confidential unless disclosure is required by law.
15. Changes to the Services
GETH reserves the right to improve, modify or discontinue any part of the services. Significant changes will be communicated where reasonably possible.
16. Termination
GETH may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, non-payment or suspected unlawful activity. Customers may terminate subscriptions according to their agreement.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts in the Netherlands.
18. Changes to These Terms
GETH may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
